Job summary

A leading creative agency in Stellenbosch is seeking a proactive Practice Assistant to support day-to-day operations and manage client projects. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, have at least 1 year of administration experience, and be fluent in Afrikaans and English. The role offers a basic salary of R 6,000 - R 7,000 plus incentives and requires willingness to work retail hours.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Optical industry is advantageous.
  • 1 year of administration experience is required.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English is mandatory.
  • Valid RSA driver's license and own transport or reliable transport is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Receive patients and open/manage patient files.
  • Assist patients with fitting frames.
  • Compile quotations and invoices.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure the practice is tidy.
  • Support the sales team by promoting products and achieving sales targets.
