  • Create and send invoices and statements within prescribed deadlines.
  • Verify data to ensure invoice accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide all necessary documentation for credit note authorization.
  • Accurately load and manage contracts.
  • Prepare and execute month-end reporting on cost centres.
  • Handle cross-charging accurately between inter-group companies.
  • Meet all deadlines as required by the role.

Purpose of the Role

The Invoicing Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date client records. This position supports smooth operational processes, contributes to client satisfaction, and ensures compliance with financial reporting requirements.
