Job description

TELESALES DESK CLERK & CUSTOMER LIAISON / WILSONIA, EAST LONDON – This role is responsible for taking orders, customer liaison, account management, bills printing, and processing of orders. It will suit an applicant residing near Wilsonia. The start date for this role will be 2nd February 2026.

Minimum requirements
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Previous telesales/sales experience
  • Own reliable transport to and from work
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong skills and multitasking, accuracy, and communication (clear phone manner, good writing skills on whatsapp and e-mail)
  • Previous experience in Dispatch – stock checks, adjustments, picking slips, invoices, and delivery notes (advantage)
  • Previous experience in Cash office – balancing cash, card slips, invoices, float control, banking (advantage)
  • Must be flexible with regards to working hours, and be willing to work day or night shifts, and public holidays as required
Role and responsibilities
  • Telesales – Answer calls fast, greet customers professionally, be friendly and clear
  • Capture orders accurately
  • Create production orders, and basic estimates/quotes
  • Manage standing and recurring orders and special instructions
  • Check order accuracy before confirming; fix any errors promptlyPrint and prepare reports, picking sheets, invoices
  • Update customer details and delivery notes
  • Follow pricing and discount rules; no unauthorized price changes
  • Communicate with production, dispatch, drivers, and accounts to resolve issues
  • Keep call logs and daily sales notes
  • Dispatch support as and when required
  • Cash office support as and when required

Salary: R8,500 per month
