A recruitment agency in Gauteng seeks an experienced Office Administrator to manage communications, provide support to management, and ensure efficient office operations. The role involves receiving visitors, handling phones, assisting with marketing items, and general clerical tasks. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and hold a Matric Certificate or higher. This position requires multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and experience in a similar environment.
The Office Administrator is responsible for receiving and welcoming all customers, visitors and guests and ensuring that all office activities run efficiently and effectively by providing both clerical and administrative support to management.
This includes but is not limited to :
Pomona, Johannesburg and such other locations or destinations as determined by the Employer from time to time.
Reports to : Human Resources Manager

Computer literate in Windows, MS Office and ERP as well as any other software owned or used by the Employer such as Pastel Evolution.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Educational level : Matric Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business Administration and / or relevant qualification.
Strong knowledge of and experience with all computer software utilised by the Employer.
Relevant previous work experience.
