As a WFH Recruitment Researcher at Kairos Global Search, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying and sourcing high-caliber candidates. This is a remote position with a high commission structure, offering flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent to meet client needs. There is training provided!
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates across various industries
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source qualified candidates
- Pre-screen candidates by evaluating resumes and applications to match client requirements
- Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand job specifications and deliver relevant talent
- Support recruiters by providing detailed candidate information and insights
- Stay updated on market trends, job boards, and recruitment tools
- Experience in recruitment research or talent sourcing
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and databases
