Your Role

DSTNCT is looking for a Creative (Video) to join our growing video content team. You’re passionate about storytelling through video — creating content that connects brands with people and culture. You know trends, understand communities, and bring creative ideas to life through short-form formats that live natively on TikTok, IG Reels, and other social platforms.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll collaborate across disciplines to produce bold, social-first video work that shapes how our clients show up online.

• Collaborate with account managers and creatives to conceptualize and execute content ideas aligned with campaign and social strategies.
• Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas that tap into current trends and community insights.
• Create shareable, trend-led content that feels native to each platform.
• Write concise, eye-catching headlines and captions that complement video narratives.
• Develop strong visual storytelling, ensuring consistency and craft across all outputs.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats.
