Job Summary
The Personal Assistant will report directly to CEO and play a key role in providing administrative and executive support. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence. The Personal Assistant must demonstrate strong communication, organisational skills, writing skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CEO’s schedule: organise appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Provide regular reminders and updates about upcoming meetings and their status.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel, and transport bookings for business trips.
- Take care of children, plan and guide children’s learning, including daily homework, revision, and enrichment support.
- Responsible for video editing, content creation, and the management of the company’s social media accounts.
- Perform other tasks as directed by CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in personal assistant, executive assistant, executive support, or office management.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, as all documents are prepared in English and communication with English-speaking clients and partners is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with productivity tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Possesses a valid driving licence and is able to drive when required.
