Job Overview:
At Forge - Helios Worldwide, we don’t just build digital products — we craft experiences.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to elevate our creative output across brand identity, digital campaigns, editorial design, and social media content.
This role is perfect for a multidisciplinary designer who combines strategic thinking, storytelling, and strong visual craft. You'll collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and strategists to shape the way brands show up — from concept to execution, across digital, print, and motion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and art direction of graphic pieces for digital campaigns, social media, websites, decks, and printed materials.
- Develop strong visual concepts and creative proposals for new business and potential clients.
- Design and evolve brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to bring motion and visual storytelling into product experiences.
- Create basic UI layouts for web and mobile, applying a strong visual and typographic sensibility.
- Apply knowledge of Figma, web design systems, and digital design workflows to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) for ideation and content generation, maintaining visual coherence with brand standards.
- Supervise visual consistency across all brand and campaign touchpoints.
- Stay updated on trends in branding, advertising, and design culture — and bring that inspiration into the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative direction roles.
- Strong portfolio with examples of branding, advertising design, editorial layout, and digital campaigns.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects, and Figma.
- Experience designing for multiple formats: web, social, print, decks, and OOH.
- Understanding of creative workflows in a tech-driven environment.
- Basic skills in UI design and component-based interfaces.
- Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
- Clear communication skills and ability to present visual ideas and creative rationale with confidence.
- Comfortable collaborating across disciplines: designers, strategists, developers, and clients.
- Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through design.
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience with motion design, animation for UI or branded content.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling, animation, or rendering (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
- AR/VR, interactive installations, or immersive environments.
