As a HR Senior Assistant Manager (Allied Health)

• Partner with relevant Leads to identify workforce requirements and develop proactive resourcing strategies to meet Allied Health manpower needs.

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Allied Health roles, including recruitment outreach activities, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

• Plan, implement, and administer sponsorship and scholarship programmes supporting the development of Allied Health professionals.

• Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to plan and deliver learning and development initiatives, including post-appraisal interventions, while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Oversee and drive efficiency across end-to-end HR operations processes to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

• Provide professional guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and manpower planning matters related to the Allied Health workforce.

• Review and contribute to the enhancement of HR policies to ensure ongoing relevance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with evolving healthcare sector requirements.

• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or its related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering with proven record in talent acquisition.
