Job summary

A well-established construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee HR operations, manage recruitment, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources and 5–8 years of experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing. This hands-on role offers direct exposure to management and the opportunity to shape the HR processes and culture of the firm.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling local and foreign workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and work pass administration (WP, S Pass, EP)
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF, and employment laws
  • Handle payroll oversight, leave, benefits, and employee records
  • Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters
  • Support manpower planning and workforce optimization
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing
