Job description

An HR Manager

oversees all HR functions, including recruitment & onboarding, performance management, acting as a strategic partner to align HR strategy with business goals, ensuring a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. They develop policies, manage talent, handle disputes, and drive engagement to support the entire employee lifecycle.
