IT Sales Team Manager

• Assist in day-to-day team management and coaching duties alongside the Sales Director
• Make outbound cold calls and proactive sales calls to existing and new leads
• Act as the main contact between sales channels, clients, and internal departments
• Solve challenges independently and creatively to meet sales and customer objectives
• Gather and report on market conditions, competitor activity, and sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships to support business growth
• Travel locally and internationally to meet with key clients and partners
• Negotiate contract terms and liaise with stakeholders across all levels
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and internal teams
• Implement efficient processes and policies to support team success and sales operations
• Expand the sales pipeline with qualified prospects and opportunities
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with company goals
• Take on additional responsibilities that drive sales and effective team management

• Proven sales experience, including outbound calling and lead generation
• Experience in team leadership or management is a must
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly proactive, analytical, and results-driven
• Ability to travel (local and international) as needed
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and market research
