Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives, manage projects, and strengthen client relationships. The role involves overseeing campaigns, coordinating with architects and suppliers, managing projects from inception to completion, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Project Management
  • Manage company brands and develop relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales projects and enquiries.
  • Arrange and attend project meetings; coordinate with clients, architects, and site teams.
  • Review project reports and ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Provide training to the project team on product knowledge, customer relationship management, and technical skills.
  • Handle after-sales service matters.
  • Prepare and review tender documents and contracts.
Marketing & Branding
  • Oversee social media marketing, including Instagram and Google Business accounts.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, trade fairs, and events.
  • Liaise with web and graphic designers for website and portfolio updates.
  • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Execute specific tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Support team members and cover for colleagues during leave.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain strong communication within the team.
  • Ensure high standards in filing, project management, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent; at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to fast-paced environments, and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership experience of at least 4 years.
  • Interest in lighting products and willingness to engage with clients and architects.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 per month × 12 months
  • Variable performance-based bonuses (personal and company performance)
  • Transport reimbursement
Work Arrangement:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
