At Workcentral, we're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to help us create an exceptional shared workspace. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about building and nurturing relationships. You will be a key player in both driving sales and ensuring our members have a friendly, professional, and authentic experience.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage daily operations, workspace management, and community engagement. You will be the face of Workcentral, ensuring our members thrive in our space and are happy to tell others about it.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Lead generation and prospecting through social media, networking, and events.
  • Manage and cultivate existing sales pipelines and inbound leads.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with our members.
  • Tour and demonstrate Work Central's facilities and member plans to potential members.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Utilize creative and innovative sales tactics to meet goals.
  • Coordinate and assist with monthly community events for members.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts.
Member & Operations Management
  • Man the front desk, welcoming members, guests, and visitors.
  • Assist with membership registration and onboarding.
  • Handle basic inquiries about the workspace.
  • Provide new members with IT and service setup.
  • Operate the phone system, relaying calls and messages to members and staff.
  • Manage mail sorting and distribution.
  • Book meeting rooms for members and monitor space usage.
  • Maintain equipment and appliances, and monitor the loan of IT peripherals.
  • Take stock and ensure the pantry and honesty bar are consistently restocked.
  • Open and close the office space, ensuring all lights and air-conditioning are properly managed.
