A leading insurance company in Singapore is seeking a Competence Development Specialist to enhance the capability of sales staff in advisory processes. The role involves monitoring compliance, improving execution methodologies, and ensuring effective Pre-Transaction Checks. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a regulated environment, a degree or diploma, and relevant insurance licenses. Strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit are essential in this supportive role.
The Competence Development Specialist will report to the Team Lead of Competence Development and be part of the Distribution Risk unit who provide support by promoting salesforce competence in advisory processes, market conduct, and roles of sales staff. Ensures governance of Pre-Transaction Checks and Fit & Proper monitoring. Collaborates with Risk, L&D, and Distribution teams to deliver learning and coaching, while building strong relationships across the salesforce.
