Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore seeks a candidate to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Responsibilities include managing invoicing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and addressing customer inquiries. The role offers a salary of $2600 per month plus commission, with working hours being Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and operational support.
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions, AR, and purchase orders.
- Update internal systems with relevant information to ensure data accuracy.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and vendors.
- Address customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions effectively.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and efficiently.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Salary: $2600 per month + Commission
Working Hour: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
Location: Farrer Park
