Job summary
A leading vending solutions company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist with business development strategies. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to sales agreements and enhance customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist BD leader in business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
- Assist BD leader in business development strategies.
- Assist in annual operating plans and target for the department.
- Review sales & expenses budgets and evaluate periodically of the performance of the department and takes corrective actions as and when required.
- Working closely with operation department to ensure smooth and timely execution and achieve excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients.
- Communicate with customer for the deployment of machines related issue.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head
