Job Description
- Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in South East Asia countries)
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
- Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan in Japanese or Chinese and with customers in English or Chinese.
- Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
- Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
- Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
- Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
- Customer entertainment may required.
- Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.
Requirements
- As this position needs to liaise with Japan HQ, therefore, knowing Japanese & Chinese language is a must.
- Japanese speaking SG citizen or PR (NLPT 2 and above
- Preferably Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Development or relevant field
- Experienced in working with MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint
- At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing / semiconductor industry or min. 1 year experience in Sales
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Willing to travel when required
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills

Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (full 5-day week in office)
