~ An Automotive Enthusiast

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Specialize and handle sales for automotive vehicle parts and accessories.
• To maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to increase sales.
• Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Attend to and listen to customers’ sales enquiries and provide solutions to their needs on car accessories.
• Explain the benefits of aftermarket accessories to customers.
• Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
• Keep abreast of the new and latest automotive products and accessories.
• Maintain and manage in-house accessories inventory.
• Liaise and update the Service Advisors on the latest accessories and pricing.
• Engage with distributors at the dealership on discounts and rebates based on performance quota.
• Work with designers to develop marketing materials.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent, or relevant years of related working experience.
• Enjoy talking to people.
• Able to prospect via phone, email, and direct selling.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Patience in dealing with customers and calls.
• Ability to handle sales targets and achieve KPIs within deadlines.
• Motivated and positive attitude.

Good-to-Have:

• At least 2 years of Car Accessories sales working experience
• Knowledge of social media marketing & managing online marketplaces (eg. Shopee/Lazada)
• Workplace in Sin Ming area
