Job summary

Qualifications
- Handle import and export processes, custom documentations.
- Prepare SAP related tasks such as Sales order, Purchase Orders, Credit / Debit Notes.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bank's document for Letter of Credit negotiation.
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure smooth receiving / delivery of goods.
- Timely update of forecast, sales, inventory reports.
- Handle import and export processes, custom documentations
- Prepare SAP related tasks such as Sales order, Purchase Orders, Credit / Debit Notes.
- Prepare bank's document for Letter of Credit negotiation.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales.
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure smooth receiving / delivery of goods.
- Timely update of forecast, sales, inventory reports.
- Co-ordinate with vendors, forwarders and customers on orders / shipment / payment issues related.
- Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned
