Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and site teams.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and records.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters.
  • Manage purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for project-related items.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support in manpower deployment and maintaining attendance/HR records for project staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Diploma or relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in project administration or site admin role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
