Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations for mechanical, plumbing, and sanitary materials, consumables, and subcontract services.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) according to approval workflows.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival at project sites.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to confirm specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update vendor and pricing databases for recurring items.
- Review material take-offs and verify quantities against project needs.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, and Logistics departments for budget verification and inventory tracking.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and assist with cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures, ISO documentation, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Building Services.
