Job description
Executive & Team Support
  • Manage dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, anticipating scheduling needs and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including logistics, documentation, and trip itineraries.
  • Handle expense reporting, purchase orders, and budget tracking in line with company policies.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Site & Culture Operations
  • Plan and execute internal events such as team offsites, all-hands, and culture-building activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Real Estate & Workplace Services, HR, Communications) to support site-wide initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen workplace culture, engagement, and overall team effectiveness.
Project & Event Management
  • Lead and deliver medium- to large-scale projects or events, from planning through execution.
  • Manage vendors, logistics, and budgets while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Identify risks or issues and recommend proactive solutions.
