A well-known service company in Singapore is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate service requests. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration and 1-4 years of relevant experience, coupled with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with NetSuite is an advantage. This role involves ensuring service quality and maintaining accurate documentation.
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Service Coordinator.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and fax; ensure timely resolution and follow-up actions.
Generate and prepare quotations, charges, and facilitate Job Order Processing (JOP).
Schedule and prioritize service requests in coordination with field service engineers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders to fulfill customer expectations within agreed deadlines.
Maintain comprehensive service records, including service reports and customer feedback; ensure accurate documentation and system uploads.
Provide updates and reports on customer accounts to the Service Manager or designated coordinators.
Monitor service-related issues and propose improvements to enhance service quality.
Identify additional service opportunities, including follow-up services and equipment upgrades, based on evolving customer needs.
Support customer audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
Prepare service request forms and purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors.
Coordinate logistics for material preparation and shipping for service jobs.
Ensure organization of work schedules, filing systems, and all project-related documentation.
Handle warranty claims for equipment as necessary.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the management.
GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level or a Diploma in Business Administration with 1-4 years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
