The Procurement candidate shall report directly to the Procurement Manager. He / She is responsible for the purchasing of materials and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sourcing exercise for potential suppliers.
2. Conduct all Tender Processes and Processing of Purchase Order in accordance to Corporate Governance Regulations.
3. Carry out price analysis and conduct purchase / contract negotiation with vendors to ensure materials / services are acquired at best pricing.
4. Hasten suppliers for prompt deliveries in the orders.
5. Ensure department KPI met.
6. Generation of Purchase Order and process change order/s.
7. Liaise with respective Division/s and other functional personnel.
8. Provide regular feedback on material or services status to requestors.
9. Any other procurement matters assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering background.
2. SAP experience will be preferred.
3. Experience and knowledge in Information Communication Technology products and services, Installation and Systems Integration services in Procurement / Sales / Marketing is preferred.
4. Additional Diploma in Purchasing Management is a plus.
5. Good working knowledge of financial and legal terms affecting purchasing is preferred.
6. Experience in project management is preferred.
7. Excellent negotiation skills, able to engage suppliers at all levels to negotiate effectively.
8. Confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds.
9. A good team player, a person with integrity, mature and self-motivated.
10. Singaporean only.

Working Hour: Mon - Fri / 8am to 5.30pm
