• Prepare bank's document for Letter of Credit negotiation.
• Work closely with warehouse to ensure smooth receiving / delivery of goods.
• Timely update of forecast, sales, inventory reports.

• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales.
• Work closely with warehouse to ensure smooth receiving / delivery of goods.
• Timely update of forecast, sales, inventory reports.
• Co-ordinate with vendors, forwarders and customers on orders / shipment / payment issues related.
• Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
• Any other duties as assigned
