Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Management Trainee to support project execution across various departments. This position offers hands-on experience in project lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination. The trainee will assist in developing project plans, coordinating meetings, and tracking project deliverables under the supervision of experienced Project Managers. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of project management principles and strong communication skills.
Qualifications

- Ability to track and report on project progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agenda.
- Track project deliverables and timelines.
Skills
This position reports directly to the head of the PMO, providing support to both Project Managers and Project Directors with the execution of projects.
The traineeship offers hands‑on experience in supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of project across various departments.
The trainee will work under the supervision of experienced Project Managers, learning project lifecycle management, stakeholders communication, resource coordination
Individual to be involved in:
- Assist in the development and maintain of the project plans, schedules and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and key milestones
- Support project budgets, resources and logistics
- Update and maintain project dashboards
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather updates and relay project information
- Follow up on risks, issues, track and update to progress report
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, status report, and project documentation
- Perform general adminstraive duties to support the project team
- Basic understanding of project lifecycles
