• Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Execution Oversight: Assist in project execution by monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying issues, and facilitating problem‑solving.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and change orders.
• Team Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance/Controller: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
• Other Ad Hoc Duties.

• Education: Min. Diploma Holder in business, project management, or a related field. A PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in project management or a related role is preferred but not mandatory. Entry‑level candidates with strong organizational and communication skills may be considered.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
