Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or A&A projects (healthcare experience a bonus).
  • Familiar with project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, shop drawings, method statements, and submissions.
  • Track and update progress claims, VO, and defect rectifications.

VIC Interior is a BCA-registered contractor specialising in complex design & build projects across Singapore’s healthcare and medical infrastructure sectors. We are passionate about creating safe, functional, and high-compliance environments for hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

As we expand, we are looking for a Project Coordinator who is detail-oriented, communicative, and highly reliable to support our growing portfolio of medical interior projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, shop drawings, method statements, and submissions
  • Track and update progress claims, VO, and defect rectifications
  • Manage document control, procurement tracking, and material follow-up
  • Attend site meetings and inspections, ensuring alignment between site works and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, SCDF, MOH, and other authority submissions
🧩 Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction, Architecture, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or A&A projects (healthcare experience a bonus)
  • Familiar with project documentation, AutoCAD/SketchUp/Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

The Role: Project Coordinator

Job Duties:

· Supervise renovation works and coordinate with the subcontractors on matters of execution to ensure quality workmanship standards

· Assist the manager in preparing and managing renovation project

· Responsible for general on-site technical matters and quality checks

· Ensure compliance of drawings and materials with regulatory specifications.

· Coordinate suppliers and contractors for the delivery of their materials

· Monitoring and updating daily works progress of the projects

Requirements:

Diploma with in mechanical / engineering or relevant technical certificates.

· At least 3 years of experience in site supervision for commercial projects

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Good team work and interpersonal skills.
