Job summary
A leading resource management company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Financial Project Controller to oversee project financial performance and reporting. The ideal candidate must have a degree in business administration, with at least three years of related experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, and experience in project accounting. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with Chinese counterparts in Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years in business administration or commercial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics Business Center required.
- Experience in project accounting is essential.
Responsibilities
- Control and monitor financial performance of the projects.
- Prepare and analyse monthly project status reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Handle tender/offer process, including proposal costing and contract conditions.
- Perform monthly closing and daily project controlling tasks.
- Ensure compliance with work instructions and processes.
