Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement Development: Collaborate with sales consultants to evaluate client eligibility and provide insights on products and immigration policies to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Client Support and Consultation: Offer expert guidance to clients, addressing inquiries about products and policies. Prepare necessary documentation to ensure successful applications.
  • Complaint Resolution: Facilitate the timely resolution of client complaints, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Project Promotion Contribution: Assist in developing and executing project promotion strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands by creating marketing materials.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks related to channel development as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sales consultants and potential clients.
  • Problem‑Solving: Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
