About the role

As Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day coordination and successful delivery of construction projects. This full-time position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various project stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assisting the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
  2. Coordinating and communicating with project team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  3. Maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes and change orders
  4. Monitoring project budgets and expenses, and alerting the Project Manager of any discrepancies
  5. Identifying and addressing potential issues or risks, and implementing suitable mitigation strategies
  6. Providing administrative support, such as processing invoices and maintaining project files
  7. Ensuring compliance with relevant construction regulations and safety standards
What we're looking for
  1. Strong project coordination experience, preferably in the construction industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  3. Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
