Education
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of events, from securing necessary licences and permits to coordinating with venues and adding those important finishing touches that make every event a success.
- Handle event-related licence and permit applications (SFA, NEA, Police, NParks, etc.)
- Liaise with venue owners, landlords, and authorities on event logistics and approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams on event setup, schedules, and client requirements
- Support in on-site event operations, ensuring smooth flow and timely execution
- Manage timelines, vendors, and documentation for each event
- Oversee final presentation and “soft touches” to ensure quality standards
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Events Management, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in event coordination or licensing (preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays during event periods
