About the role
RGP Consultancy is seeking a talented Event Coordinator to join our team in the Central Region. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events and conferences that support our clients' marketing and communication strategies. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budget oversight, and attendee registration
Developing innovative event concepts and themes to captivate audiences and achieve client objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery and a memorable attendee experience
Monitoring event logistics, troubleshooting issues, and providing on-site support during events
Collecting and analysing post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement
Maintaining detailed event records and providing comprehensive reporting to clients
What we're looking for
Fresh Graduates with Diploma or Degree in event coordination or a related field
Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Creativity and a keen eye for detail to design visually appealing and engaging events
Proficiency in using event management software and tools
A passion for the events industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
