As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Administrative & Project Coordinator who can keep our operations running smoothly while gaining valuable exposure in the renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Support

  • Coordinate scheduling of site measurements, installations, and service works
  • Ensure accurate processing of orders, quotations, and cost documentation
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Support project managers with paperwork and customer updates

Office & Administrative Duties

  • Maintain proper record-keeping, filing (physical & electronic), and scanning
  • Handle reception duties: calls, emails, courier services, and visitor arrangements
  • Manage office & pantry supplies, renovation samples, and facility upkeep

Customer & HR Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide follow-up where needed
  • Assist in HR-related administration such as attendance records and staff files
Requirements
  • At least 1 year admin/project coordination experience (renovation/ID preferred)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Positive working attitude and good communication skills
