Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site activities and manage overall project schedules and implementation.
  • Oversee site operations, internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendors/in-house contractors.
  • Liaise with building owners, architects, consultants, main contractors, engineers, interior designers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to site.
  • Conduct pre-installation inspections and assess site conditions for installation works.
  • Prepare and submit site installation drawings.
  • Prepare as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and conduct maintenance training for building management teams.
  • Carry out testing and commissioning of equipment and systems.
  • Liaise with contractors on testing activities, including fire alarm testing and RI requirements.
  • Provide product and technical support for installed systems.
  • Prepare materials, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
  • Handle production specifications related to project execution.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of equipment and tools required for site works.
  • Due to the nature of the role, carry necessary tools in own vehicle (e.g. ladder, calibration tools).
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3 years’ relevant working experience in site and project coordination within construction or engineering fields.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence for commuting to sites.
  • Diploma in an engineering discipline is preferred
