This is the gateway for a graduate engineer to be exposed to a world‑class Network Operations and Deployment career. The Operations/Project Coordinator will facilitate and coordinate multiple cross‑functional teams to carry out day‑to‑day operations.
Your job involves coordination and liaising with multiple teams, smart/remote hands and facility providers. Tasks may vary in number, size and complexity.
The Project Coordinator will plan and coordinate aspects of internal projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides weekly operational updates including action items.
- Communicate effectively, maintain and establish a good rapport with team and client.
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring ad‑hoc project plans/schedules, work hours and expenditures.
- Assists with identifying operational/project issues and/or escalating the issue to the team lead.
- Attend and participate in client meetings as required.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Collaborate with various regional teams for ticket resolution.
- Work closely with the facility providers and smart hands to drive issues.
- Work with hardware vendors to ensure RMA shipments to and from facilities.
- Assist with daily monitoring of the ticketing system and resolve tickets under defined SLA.
- Promote a culture of effective communication, continuous improvement and innovation through teamwork and business process reviews.
- Assist with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalating them to the team lead for resolution.
- Assist with identifying and collaborating on new process improvement opportunities.
- Help to develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up‑to‑date with new processes and procedures.
- Work closely with SDMs/Project Managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including assisting with identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision‑makers.
- Required to work on on‑call roster and prepare/participate in daily handovers.

Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor/Diploma preferably in Information Technology or Engineering and 0–2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Flexibility essential – the role requires both office and remote commitments, as well as being willing to occasionally adjust work hours due to collaboration with regional colleagues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of operations inside data centres/POPs.
- Experience handling logistics/shipments.
