Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with various departments to ensure that Learning Point Centres are able to operate smoothly
Oversee timetable and classroom planning (optimise classroom utilisation, no clash in back-to-back arrangements etc)
Oversee curriculum management (timeline for submission, uploading and printing, access rights for teachers, supplementary materials/projects)
Oversee and assist in teacher relief management (track teacher relief inquiries, consistently update list of available full-time teachers for cover classes, consistently update relief pool list for cover classes etc)
Coordinate onboarding procedures (briefings, handover sessions, arrangement of lesson observations, co-teachings etc)
Coordinate offboarding procedures (teacher transitions, handover reports etc)
Oversee manpower arrangement of teachers and customer service staff across Learning Point Centres (duty assignment, rostering, hiring etc)
Oversee the planning of adhoc programmes (open house, booster classes, holiday programmes, seminars etc)
Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
Prepare and present analysis on reports as and when required (termly reports on relief, student retention, enrolment etc)
Manage School Term Calendar and Calendar of Events
Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Ability to integrate and play an important role in a fast-paced team
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all staff from management to ground level
