As part of our strategic expansion, we are establishing a new office in Batam, Indonesia, to strengthen our regional operations and better serve our growing client base.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on and well‑organized Operations Executive to manage the setup and daily operations of our new Batam office. This role will be responsible for establishing operational systems, managing logistics and procurement, coordinating with headquarters, and ensuring the smooth running of all office and site‑related activities.

You will be one of the key members supporting our Batam business establishment, working closely with management to ensure that all operational, administrative, and staffing needs are efficiently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup of the new Batam office and ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are properly established.
  • Handle all aspects of office administration, procurement, and logistics coordination to support ongoing operations.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including quotations, negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new local staff to build a strong operational team.
  • Develop and maintain operational workflows, documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Singapore headquarters to align on project support, reporting, and company policies.
  • Oversee inventory management, local asset tracking, and documentation control.
  • Ensure compliance with local manpower, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, staffing, and project logistics.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office operations, administration, or project coordination, preferably in offshore, marine, or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with a practical and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
