Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in Butchery and Delicatessen.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Help organization's processes remain compliant.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Ensure company's products and services meet quality standards, collaborate with quality control teams, institute changes to meet evolving market conditions and customers demands.
- Develop budget, set targets and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement to drive profitability.
- Create reports about inventory levels, employee workloads, productivity and performance.
- Monitor orders and supply chain operations, identify wastefulness and areas of improvement and implement strategies to make operations as efficient as possible.
- Oversee operational team members, and maintain work schedules.
- Computer systems analyst, evaluates and improves an organization's computer systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Execute other ad-hoc dutes as required by Management from time to time.
