Job summary

A facilities management firm based in Singapore is seeking a professional for contract management and operations for A&A projects. The ideal candidate must have a degree in relevant fields and a minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles. Key skills include project management and knowledge of safety regulations. This role operates on a permanent basis from 830am to 530pm, five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in similar position with relevant working experience in handling commercial/government building.
  • Proven project track record of IFM contracts management.
  • Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager, Safety Manager or Project Manager Certification of Green mark Manager will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare monthly work schedules in accordance with contractual work scope.
  • Manage all internal and external technical personnel.
  • Ensure all works are carried out according to the planned schedule.

About this role

You will be reporting to senior facilities operations manager and task with important contract management and facilities operations for A&A project and acmv project

Job Scope
  • Plan and prepare monthly&E work schedules in accordance with the contractual work scope and timelines related to all M&E services works
  • Manage all internal and external technical personnel.
  • Reviews contracts' specifications to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Attend to operational emergencies are attended in prompt manner
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the schedule planned and project progressed according to timeline
  • Excellent communicator as point of contact with all parties .
  • Familiar with Workplace Health and Safety Act and be able to provide advice on Health & Safety matters.
  • To Conduct regular check and audit to ensure all parties adhere to safety procedures.
Requirement
  • Degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering / Building / Facilities / Estate Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years in similar position with relevant working experience in handling commercial /government building.
  • Proven project track record of IFM contracts management (pls provide at least 5 project name)
  • Differentiator-Fire Safety Manager, Safety Manager or Project Manager Certification of Green mark Manager will be an added advantage.
