IN BRIEF

We’re seeking a regional Operations Manager to join our growing agency, this role focuses on internal leadership engagement, and regional executive operations in collaboration with senior leadership.

Reporting to the CEO APAC, this role will manage cross-functional agency efforts, support training and tool development, facilitate APAC leadership events, and support strategic integration efforts across our offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing and tracking CEO-led initiatives and strategic projects
  • Tracking follow‑ups and deliverables across regional leadership and strategic projects to support efficient decision‑making
  • Support in the creation, development and deployment of reporting from enterprise tools
  • Onboard, manage, mentor and create enterprise tool training programs for teams in the region
  • Manage our Sustainability efforts
  • Facilitate the organization of annual regional events
  • Be the conduit and facilitator for global alignment of process and tools.
CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, CEO‑led initiatives and regional strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Skilled at partnering with senior leaders, tracking priorities, and facilitating decision‑making at a regional level.
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, Deltek, Workday, and Jaggaer, with proven ability to train, mentor, and upskill teams in their effective use.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering training modules, onboarding materials, and knowledge‑sharing resources to drive adoption of enterprise tools and processes.
  • Strong capability in developing dashboards, managing KPIs, and translating data into actionable insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and reporting, with experience administering carbon measurement or similar tools (e.g., TRACE), and familiarity with ISO coordination or corporate responsibility initiatives.
  • Track record of introducing new systems, AI tools, and productivity solutions, driving adoption across diverse markets, and creating supporting documentation and training.
  • Skilled in coordinating high‑profile regional events, leadership offsites, and Town Halls with strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in aligning processes and tools across regions, facilitating adoption, and driving consistency in ways of working.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Candidates with experience working with experiential and digital/social marketing agencies will be advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of progressive operations experience.
FUNCTIONS (NOT LIMITED)
Reporting & Compliance
  • ISO coordination and Corporate Responsibility Council (CRC) responsibilities for APAC
  • Sustainability Champion, including administration of TRACE (Carbon Measurement tool)
  • Leading or contributing to reporting or dashboard creation projects
  • Managing and communicating regional KPI initiatives
Systems & Technology Leadership
  • Subject matter expert, champion and developer of training modules for Salesforce, Slack Deltek, Workday and Jaggaer (and any other platforms the company decides to employ)
  • Lead Operations change initiatives in the APAC region (Talent Exchange, Collaboration, Universal Backpack, etc.)
  • Knowledge‑sharing and documentation for systems/process adoption. Mentoring and upskilling colleagues across APAC on enterprise tools
  • Onboarding and introduction of new tools to markets
  • Support in the identification and rolling out of Ai and other productivity tools
  • Survey management and reporting.
  • Stay survey champion & facilitator collaborating with Global.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • APAC Town Hall coordination and management
  • Offsite and APAC Leadership Team meetings (annual)
  • Support CEO APAC in other ad hoc regional projects
