A luxury jewellery retailer in Singapore is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and elevate customer experience. In this role, you will manage inventory, direct a team, and deliver high-quality customer service that reflects the brand's identity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in retail management, and a passion for luxury products. The Jewellery Store manager shall oversee the daily operations of Joei’s retail space, ensuring a refined customer experience that reflects the brand’s luxury lifestyle identity. This role combines retail management, customer service, visual merchandising, and basic marketing support. You will lead the store team, maintain display and operational standards, provide personalised product styling, and collaborate on brand initiatives to grow sales and client engagement.
