Job Responsibilities
  • Brief Description: As the head of the company's Asia‑Pacific region, assist the headquarters of the business division in the management and coordination of companies in the region, overseeing Singapore Company, Thailand Company, Brunei Company, and Indonesia Company, with business covering Southeast Asia and Australia.
  • Develop strategic plans for the offshore engineering business in the Asia‑Pacific region, clearly defining market positioning, target customer groups, and business growth directions.
  • Conduct in‑depth research on the offshore engineering market demand, policies and regulations, competitor dynamics, etc. in the Asia‑Pacific region, providing data support and strategic suggestions for company decision‑making.
  • Explore new market areas and customer resources, establish and maintain strategic cooperative relationships with government agencies, offshore engineering enterprises, research institutions, etc. in the Asia‑Pacific region.
  • Collect market information for offshore engineering projects in the Asia‑Pacific region and provide local resource guarantees (such as shore‑based support, project warranty).
  • Supervise the progress of project teams, regularly report project situations to the headquarters, and ensure the achievement of project goals.
  • Establish and maintain long‑term stable cooperative relationships with local owners in the Asia‑Pacific region, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and manage the business team in the Asia‑Pacific region, such as establishing the Indonesia Company, formulate team development goals and plans, cultivate the professional skills and comprehensive qualities of team members, and enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the team.
  • Participate in the company's overall strategic planning and decision‑making process, and provide professional opinions and suggestions on the business in the Asia‑Pacific region.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in offshore engineering, ship engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of working experience in the marine engineering field, with at least 3 years in a management position such as regional business leader or project manager.
  • Familiar with the offshore engineering market in the Asia‑Pacific region, and have rich customer resources and industry connections.
  • Proficient in technical knowledge and business processes in the offshore engineering field, and possess professional capabilities in project management, marketing, and business negotiation.
  • Familiar with international offshore engineering standards and regulations, and understand relevant policies and laws in the Asia‑Pacific region.
  • Have good data analysis and decision‑making abilities, and be able to adjust business strategies promptly in response to market changes.
  • Fluent in English, and be able to use it as a working language for business communication, document writing, and meeting exchanges.
  • Have strong leadership, team management, and cross‑cultural communication skills, and be able to effectively coordinate team members from different backgrounds.
  • Have acute market insight and business judgment, and be able to grasp industry development trends and market opportunities.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance and adaptability, and be able to adapt to frequent business trips and high‑intensity work rhythms.
