Job summary

A technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support customer accounts and enhance sales operations. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the semiconductor industry. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, resolving complaints, and generating new business leads. Bilingual in Chinese and English is essential. A diploma in engineering or business administration is required, and the remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience.

Job Scope:
  • To support Sales and Operational needs of our customer accounts in Singapore and other regions.
  • To communicate with our customers when required to understand customers' requirement and specification.
  • To follow up with customers feedback and complaints on our parts and services.
  • To aggressively market and promote WARDE parts and services to our customers in Singapore and other regions.
  • To continuously and pro-actively generate other business and sales leads.
  • To assist and support the General Manager in other relevant duties as required by the company.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics, Electronic or Electrical) or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing; experience in semiconductor industry is a plus point.
  • Outgoing personalities and abilities to resolve complex customers complaints and enquiries.
  • Abilities to engage customers and creating new customers relationship and generating new business leads.
  • Proactive, Innovative, 'Think out of the Box' personality and a 'Teamwork' person.
  • Bilingual in both spoken and written Chinese and English - to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
  • Remuneration package will commensurate according to experience and qualifications.
