A leading customer service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee sales and client relationships. You will manage projects, develop marketing strategies, and ensure KPIs are met while handling client accounts. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in the Contact Centre industry, particularly with government projects, and a degree in a relevant field. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in a vibrant customer care environment.
Responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular clients by ensuring that all KPIs and operation requirements meet or exceed the expectation of clients. He or she is expected to assist in business development activities by generating sales among client accounts, such as upselling and cross‑selling our service offerings. He or she is to develop and maintain long‑term relationships with client accounts.
