Job summary

A manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive/ Telesales Executive in Singapore to drive sales performance and maintain customer relationships. The role requires a diploma in Business Administration or Marketing and at least one year of sales experience in mechanical automation products. The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and report on sales strategies.   • Develop and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally through various channels.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Qualify leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them.
