Econ Healthcare is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Partnerships Lead to expand our referral and business development channels across Econ’s suite of services including Nursing Home, Home Care, Rehabilitation, and TCM services.
This role is focused on building strategic partnerships with hospitals, medical specialists, general practitioners, and community partners to strengthen ECON’s presence across the continuum of care. You will identify new opportunities, manage key partner relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service coordination and referral growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Channel Growth
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and community organisations to drive referrals for ECON’s suite of services.
- Lead outbound engagement efforts by scheduling and conducting presentations, networking sessions, and partner visits.
- Build and maintain a structured referral pipeline and CRM database to track outreach, leads, and conversion outcomes.
- Develop tailored service proposals to communicate service value and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, outreach materials, and partner collaterals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key partner accounts by ensuring timely communication and service follow-through.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for partner queries and coordinate internally with Care Advisory, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure high service satisfaction.
- Monitor partnership performance, prepare monthly reports on lead sources, and recommend improvements to optimise conversion.
- Represent ECON at industry events, conferences, or networking activities to increase brand visibility within the healthcare ecosystem.
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, ideally in healthcare, eldercare, or wellness sectors.
- Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and organisational partners.
- Results‑driven with proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
