A seafood company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth through effective team management and strategic planning. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and presenting sales forecasts to management, aiming to expand the company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base.
- Own recruiting and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
