This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Singapore Heytea Management Pte Ltd as a Tea Barista or Senior Tea Barista. As a full-time role in the Central Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delightful tea-based beverages for our customers.

• Preparing a variety of specialty tea-based drinks to the highest standards
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene procedures within the tea bar
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver consistent and efficient operations
• Potentially supervising and training junior team members as a Senior Tea Barista

• Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
• A keen interest in tea and the ability to learn about different tea varieties and preparation methods
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• For Senior Tea Barista roles, 2+ years’ supervisory experience in a similar role
