Job summary
A security technology firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to generate quotations and provide solutions to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and have a strong understanding of security systems. Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and familiarity with ERP systems are essential. This role typically involves indoor and outdoor work.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in security systems preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
- Mature and meticulous individual.
Responsibilities
- Generate and respond to customer quotations.
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Recommend upgrades and maintenance contracts.

Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers
Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs
Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts
Attend surveys to determine more complex needs
Design and proposal of basic to mid-level complexity solutions.
Prepare necessary checks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation
Process signed quotations or purchase orders received from customers
Work with procurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available
Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
3 years of experience in security system would be an advantage. No prior sales experience is required if he/she has security technology knowledge
Mature and meticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset
Familiar with ERP / CRM system (i.e. Salesforce, NetSuite) and MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
On the job training will be provided
Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected
Typically 80% indoor, 20% outdoor
